It has double CU braided shielding which guarantees 100% coverage and optimum protection against external interferences. The insulation consists of hard-wearing and low-attenuation cellular PE (3.7 mm) around a 0.7 mm inner conductor with 19 x 0.16 mm CU strands, while the outer jacket with an outer diameter of 6.1 mm is made of a notch-resistant, cold-flexible and heat- and UV-resistant PUR material.
The patch cable is equipped with NEUTRIK rearTWIST UHD BNC connectors which are designed for the transmission of high-resolution video signals. Thanks to their special insulator and contact pin design, these connectors ensure a low return loss for 4K and 8K signals.
Alternatively, the cable manufacturer supplies a version with the reliable and compact HICON 6G BNC connectors BNC0.8/3.7-6G with a hard gold-plated pin and shielded housing which are popular in broadcast and media technology, for the lowest possible skin effect and a low-loss transmission.
