Smaller than a fingernail …
the super small ZWERG atomizer from Sommer-Technik will find a hideout even in the tiniest niche – and is still a true giant when it comes to economic atomizing of thin oils and fluids.
This makes it an ideal choice for any subsequent installation of a lubrication device.
The spray quantity is precisely set with an adjustment screw on the atomizer head. The air supply for the Venturi nozzle is adjusted with the supplied throttle valve at the end of the pneumatic hose.
When compressed air is applied, the atomizing will start immediately. The atomizer operates continuously or intermittently with a 2/2-way valve. For this purpose a suitable, easy to use control unit called “Blasautomat“ (blow unit) can be ordered from Sommer-Technik.
Due to increasing requests, Sommer-Technik now also makes the ZWERG atomizer in stainless steel AISI 303 beside the usual brass version.
