The microfine oil film

This economical atomizer, developed by Sommer-Technik, has been designed for simplicity and ease of operation so that it will never fail. With its compact size (95 x 35 x 32 mm / 3.7 x 1.4 x 1.3 in.) it will always find a place even in confined spaces. Owing to the flexible metal hose the ZMIN-MS atomizer can be rotated and flipped over as requested and your spray mist will even reach difficult spots such as ducts and blind holes.

All good things come from above: The oil is not sucked in, but simply fed in from above. That way only a very low air consumption is required for your work. The minimal atomizer has a built-in fluid stop valve. Only when compressed air is present, it will unblock the passage and immediately block the fluid feed as soon as the compressed air flow is interrupted. This simplifies the triggering, since it is only effected through the compressed air, e. g. by means of a 3/2-way valve. The spray pattern can be set precisely by adjusting the scattered air and fluid throttle up to an invisible fine mist. The higher the scattered air proportion, the finer the drop formation will be.
