Just like our ZMIN-F1000 Minimal Atomizer with its very flexible 1 m (3.3 ft.) spray hose and the M10x1 spray head (with 2 x hex nuts) or optionally with the 9 mm mini spray head (ZMIN-F1000/01). With its finely dosed mist it reaches into the most remote corners and cavities – and this with optimized energy and little consumption.
The fluid container is simply installed above so that, due to gravity, the fluid/oil (max. 150 mm²/s) is present at the connecting hose. As soon as compressed air is applied to the ZMIN, the shut-off valve will open and the atomizer begins to spray. With the compressed air stopping, the spray process is immediately interrupted with no after-dripping. By means of the stray air and fluid throttle, the spray pattern can be adjusted individually and even super fine. The higher the stray air portion, the finer the spray pattern will be. The control is made via a standard 3/2-way valve.
