is the promise of the ZMIN minimal atomizer developed by Sommer-Technik. With its compact design (95 x 35 x 32 mm) and the optional flexible metal hose, it is ideal for precise lubrication, even in hard-to-reach places such as channels and blind holes. The oil is not sucked in, but fed directly from above. This ensures that the liquid does not accumulate. The integrated fluid shut-off valve ensures that the fluid supply stops immediately as soon as the control pressure is interrupted. The atomizer is supplied with air (scattering air and control air) via just one compressed air connection, which considerably simplifies control.
The spray pattern can be optimally adjusted by precisely regulating the dispersion air and liquid throttle, with a higher proportion of dispersion air ensuring fine droplet formation.
The SOMMER-Technik atomizer is available with a metal hose (Art. ZMIN-MS), with a rigid extension (Art. ZMIN-V60) or without (Art. ZMIN). Another variant is the ZMIN-F1000, which is equipped with an extremely flexible, 1-meter-long spray hose and an M10x1 spray head. Alternatively, the model is also available with a compact 9-mm mini spray head (Art. ZMIN-F1000/01).
